The Smith Office Building is set up for office space. Many of the offices are equipped with desk and ready to start to work without much delay. This office building was used by a large Company and at the end of their lease, The Smiths purchased many of the desks, chairs, some tables, racks, telephones, and many other office needs.

The building has an optical data cable to the downtown local telephone company. There are conference rooms, break area, reception area, wired for security system, a telephone room(without PBX), parking for about 50+ cars, two outside covered break areas, all carpeted except for the dock areas and one large open room and good access to 4 lane highway. All of these features in a country setting of rolling hills

The Smith office Building is located at 14 Crestview Cove (formerly 1021 McKnight St. - the Street has been renamed) in Rutherford, TN.
The road is approximately 700 f
eet from exit 105 off US 45 W (the Trimble Highway). The building is an all metal building with 15,750 square feet of office space.
The following is an overview of the floor plan for the building:

· 29 individual offices, these offices surround the perimeter of the south wall, west wall, half of the east wall and half of the north wall
· On the west half ofthe building there are 24 cubicles approximately 5 feet by 5 feet.
· The southeast corner has an open floor space approximately 25 feet by 45 feet.
· The office in the northwest corner is equipped with a full bathroom
· Bathrooms: 2 women's bathrooms, one has 2 stalls the other has 3 stall. One men's bathroom with 3 stalls.
· 2 docks: one is ground level and on the north side approximately 15 feet by 10 feet.
The semi loading dock is in middle of the west wall approximately 20 feet by 15 feet.
· There are two rooms with open floor space next to the semi loading dock: one is 50 feet by 35 feet and the other is 55 feet by 35 feet.
· The building also contains a receptionist's office, lobby, printer area, 2 conference rooms, a break room, 3 storage rooms, and 2 electrical rooms.

The following is an overview of the electrical work pertaining to the building:
· Power to building is a 400 amp - 3 phase and 400 amp single phase.
· All offices are equipped with a phone extension.
· All offices are equipped with category 5 wiring. In the open spaces the category 5 wiring is every six feet.
The wiring will be left but the hubs will be going with the current occupants.
· All offices are equipped with 2 circuits: one for the lights and the other is for computer use only.
· There is also an optical line that will be disconnected but left on the telephone line outside
this line terminates in the Rutherford telephone office but can connect to West Tennessee Telephone Co Optical network.
